At John Mark's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn’t perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
